  • All returns are accepted as long as the request is made to return the item within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.(Fashion Coo accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept returns of opened items.)

  • Please include your Order#, items returning, and the reason for the return.
  • Package the item and return to the address we provide in the reply email. We do NOT provide a return label for you. 
  • You will have 7 days to send the item back.
  • The refund will be issued once our warehouse receives the product.
  • The refund can also be in the form of store credit if you choose.
  • Discounted, holiday and seasonal items are NOT eligible for return or refund.

  • All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
